Position Title: Senior Account Manager.
Location: Serving the Calgary, Alberta area.

Primary Mandate:

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales the individuals will exhibit and deliver superior sales and coaching to the print marketplace and maximize Bolder Graphics’ revenue by supporting the growth of all product lines. The role will be to build and maintain excellent relationships, to understand our customers, uncover needs and ensure that Bolder is the partner of choice in the print manufacturing marketplace. Skills Required/Desired:

• 3-5 years print manufacturing experience preferred. 5+ years successful sales experience meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member
• Client focused; adopting client perspective in all interactions
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to focus effectively on multiple tasks
• Strong sales and presentation skills
• Organizational Competencies: Teamwork/Collaboration, Results Oriented, Accountability Based Work Ethic, Customer Driven, Listening, Understanding
• Strong problem-identifying, analyzing, organizing and solving issues and problems in a timely effective manner
• Matching services with customer needs by demonstrating up –to-date knowledge of customers, products and their requirements in the print industry
• Coordinating with the Production group to support exceptional customer services and efficient execution in meeting client requirements

The successful candidates should be well versed in the Microsoft suite of products and familiarity with CRM tools.
